I have a particular feel for the wildness of creativity as it unfurls uniquely through our lives… I love supporting people to free their creative brilliance!!
Hello and welcome.
My name is Sarah.
I am grateful to support others to uncover more freedom, joy and self-empowerment in their lives.
I started my professional journey at New York University School of Social Work and in my private practice as a psychotherapist. Soon after, I encountered the heart-opening world of Clown and began leading Clown and Improvisation workshops based in Carl Rogers’ person-centered approach to psychotherapy, affirming the power of creativity and playfulness to transform and heal our lives.
There is no one path to happiness. I am no stranger to inner turmoil and heartbreak. The most rewarding part of my life is applying creativity to challenges and growing into a more complete version of myself. Several things sustain me! Firstly, I’ve had the good fortune of working with wonderful teachers and as a result of casting a wide net have acquired a full arsenal of tools and techniques, both analytic and alternative. Early on, I also committed myself to using my own experience as a kind of laboratory, dedicating myself to thinking about life creatively and making discoveries that have nurtured my own sense of freedom, joy and well-being.
Because we are each so unique, I believe that healing and therapies must be tailored to our unique stories. My work with individuals and groups now combines a dynamic, intuitive and improvisational interplay of diverse wisdom traditions with the insights of the here and now to best support you to discover your own spontaneous wisdom, facilitate actual change, and create your most fulfilling life!!
